I love UX design

I studied Interaction Design at the University of applied Science Magdeburg. During the studies I gained a broad range of skills from project management, design methodology and engineering programs. When I conducted a user test during my internship in Munich I got hooked on UX Research and Design Methods.

Since leading the concept team of a project at TUI – to develop a new package tour portal – I have also been excited about work processes including interdisciplinary collaboration.

During my job at InVision Ag I worked on the integration of UX into the agile/ lean approach. I created global processes to provide easier workflows and build knowledge about UX for the product development as well as the customer service.

Within contact centres it is all about an optimal workflow and workload. So I supported development teams, the customer support and the designers by creating concepts, conducting user tests, designing guidelines for external and internal processes.

I took care of the optimization of the e-commerce website tuifly.com and lead the design team during a project for a all inclusive holiday website for customers.

M.A. Interaction Design University of Applied Science Magdeburg-Stendal
My masterthesis included the research about travel behavior and experiences in long distance travelling via bus. At the end I designed and build a prototype of a web app to support travellers choosing destinations and to get an overview about their transportation options.

As trainee I worked on Axure Prototypes, developed Icon libraries, designed a concept for medical interfaces, and conducted a usability test.

B.A. Industrial Design University of Applied Science Magdeburg-Stendal
For my bachelor report I deep dived into first aid. As a result I developed a first aid kit that encourages people to become the first aid via visual support and by breaking down first aid into 3 easy steps.
