Building the right things right.
In Design Methodology there is no such thing as one fits all. That’s why I love working agile.
I learned in the past 3 years that you always need to adapt your steps to the need of the company and the development team. At the same time you want to be an ambassador for your users.
In my work I apply the double diamond framework, which supports me to structure and communicate the design process in an interdiciplinary team. The fun and success of this framework is not only focused on the right thing, it also means building it right.
